You can use our FAST CARD SYSTEM, which accepts all electronic payments. Download the app from the App Store to check the current status of our machines. This way, you can see when a machine is available before arriving at our location.

Is there an attendant on-site to help if I have questions or issues?

We have dedicated attendants available during two shifts: from 7am to 1pm and then from 3pm to 9pm. They are ready to assist you with any questions or issues you may have during these hours.

How do I report a machine that is not working properly?

To report a machine that is not working properly, please notify an on-site attendant directly. Alternatively, you can use the FAST CARD app to report the issue. We will promptly address the malfunction to ensure it is resolved as quickly as possible.

Is Wi-Fi available?

Yes, we offer free Wi-Fi to all of our customers. Feel free to connect your device and enjoy browsing while you wait for your laundry.

Are pets allowed?
